Nonsense Service

I called Cell C requesting for a cancelation and was given the settlement amount of R787.79 which I paid and today when I called to get the contract canceled I'm told that I will have to pay another R378.79 end of July because I'm serving a notice which was never mention when I called to get the contract canceled. I am so sick of Cell C. This contract better be canceled this month because I will not pay another dime
