NONSENSE POOR SERVICE AND ******** LEBOWAKGOMO MALL@ LEBO CELLC

I took a contract with cellc lebowakgomo mall @Lebo branch, it was Y7 2019 they said its R199 plus R79 insurance and they gave me another simcard they said its a promotional sim card where i will get 10g airtime free for 3months and Today i noticed on my bank statement that am being overcharged for contract when i call their customer service they say i must go back to the store cause theres nothing they can do. Ive sent the store email since am far from the area with no luck. The same happened in 2017 where i had to cancel my contract and it happened at the same store which i feel the consultants just make you take contracts without your knowledge so they can get incentives in customers expense..
