NONE RESPONSIVE CELL C ***** & CONTRACTS DIVISION

I have a prepaid account with Cell C. However, to my surprise someone opened a contract account with my details. What is frustrating is that the Cell C contracts and ***** division asked me to send an affidavit, statements from the bank and ID copy. I did this on the 13/06 Email addressed to *** and Kagiso Dibetswa. I was told this will be attended to in 48 hours. It has been a full week thus far with no one calling, texting or emailing me about this issue. Today 21/06 - I called again several times. Neo Kholo took my call and escalated to L Swanepoel - whom has not responded to me either. What makes me more angry is that Cell C collections department called me asking for payment yet this account should be sitting under investigation. I also do not understand how anyone can open up a contract with Cell C without Cell C applying due diligence??? I have never lost my ID and given any level of consent for Cell C to open an account nor try debit from me. This is affecting my credit score and I need someone to call me back please!!
