None Competence

I'm completely fed up with Cell C and it keeps sending me unnecessary messages that they cannot reach me. I had made it clear that I do not want a ebill statement I want a postal bill. I believe I'm the client and what I want I should get. I will not be forced into something I do not want. For that matter that ebilling is useless for me. I have tried it and I found it nonsensical and that is when I decided to go back to postal... For that matter I started getting these message again after I did not respond to a upgrade message which is ridiculous. And if they (cell c) is concerned about my details why don't they call me and ask about my details.... surely if they call for upgrade they can call also for details.
