Non responsive after numerous requests
I am so over your lack of service. After having waited for the promised response. I took it upon myself to contact you again...as l am obviously the one with who has a problem. After holding for 2 hours with two different phones two weeks f your consultants one named Nozi asked me to hold while they check what l don't know. They never get back. I hold like an idiot. What is the next step now?

28 Jul 2018, 11:50And l spoke to Martha Matwa who made me hold for 2 hours and after l called again after that 2 hour hold she informed me that no repairs does not work on Saturdays. But she didn't even have the decency of letting me know she just kept me holding. You people need to do better you cannot treat this like a free service, we pay premiums for crying out loud.

It is disappointing to learn that the agents did not conduct themselves in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
