Non response to transfer of account request, but keep phoning me asking me to upgrade.

My husband's and my cell phones are in contract on my mother's name, Denise Robertson. She lives in KBY, and we live in CT. I want to take over paying the account, and put it in my name. My mom went into the CellC shop in the North Cape mall, and they said that I needed to send them an email giving permission, my ID, banking details etc. I sent this on 24th Feb, to no response. However, CellC keeps phoning both me and my husband asking us to upgrade. I would really LOVE to upgrade, but I need the phones on my name first, which no one at Cell C seems interested in helping us with. Every time we tell them the same story about how the transfer needs to happen first, and then they say thats not their problem. So, I will upgrade, as soon as Cell C bothers to respond to mine, and my mother's transfer request. How can it take over 2 weeks to reply to an email? I need this transfer to happen urgently, but when you phone cell c no one seems able or willing to help.

Nelly called you on the 7th but could not get hold of you on the number you have provided on the review. However she sent an email advising you of this and requested for an alternative number where she can get hold of you and assist.

Please respond to her email and she will gladly assist.

I have responded to her email twice already. I rep**** immediately telling her that my phone is on silent during the work day, but that I will turn it on loud so that I can take her call. So it's been on loud since then, which is not ideal during work, and yet she hasn't called back. I sent her another email this morning advising her of this. Also, trying to phone someone once is not "being unable to get hold of them".
