Non response to Hello Peter report! Non delivery

My husband has spoken to Thuli Tshabala and she wanted to speak to me to activate the service as she promised. We contacted her office at time and date as discussed with her to do so. I have mailed her and tried to call her with no response. Cell C has commited to reinstate my services, but we get no response. They only need to speak with me to reinstate service, but they neglect to do so or to answer my requests. At previous stage Thuli has commited her to deliver the service as she admited not keeping her word with feedback. We are without this service for at least another 2 weeks. This situasion is really killing us with business and financial income. Cell C do not seem to care as our loss are exceeding R10000 at this stage with business we loose. This is the number where she can speak to me.
