Non Refund of money after cancellation request in April

Good Day - I have been a loyal customer of Cell C for 5 years plus without ever missing payment. The start of April, 4 months ago i emailed Cell C customer service dept. informing them i needed to cancel all current contract with them - thus giving them 1 month notice as all contracts @ that stage were month to month. I got replies every time stating that wanted to call me to which every time i rep**** i am out of the country thus could not receive calls, i was asked to send my cell c numbers along with my ID / Passport which i did, several times. No Help @ all as every month debit order goes off i have asked for my money back every month - to which the reply is that i must reexplain myself & send in my contract numbers again along with my ID/Passport - pathetic service. All i want is to simply convert my numbers to prepaid, have my money paid back to me that is owed as i did give 1 month notice. I even emailed the escalations dept. - no better & asked me the same questions to which i rep**** with what they asked for - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DO WHAT I HAVE ASKED AND PAY MONEY BACK!!
