Non receipt of bills

Good day,<br> It's been many times, despite registering for receiving invoices on my email, this has never happened. I cannot even check my account if it's been charged correctly. This is most frustrating, not sure for what calls/data I am paying for. This is not acceptable.<br> Regards,<br> Vishwanath
