Non Payment allocation

I just can’t believe how difficult it is to get assistance from Cell C. I am battling now from November 2021 to get an payment allocated. I already have 20+ cases opened regarding the same issue, they simply just close the case without solving the problem. One thing is for sure they won't get another contract from me or my husband.
