Non-existing service

So-called service provider cannot even provide you with an answer to explain how 20 gigs of data is used in 14 days. For more than a year we struggle to use 20 gigs in a month now it's gone in 14 days. When I asked them where it went they answer "the internet".... The only reason there's a one star rating is so I could write this review. You get transferred from the one to the next and nothing gets resolved. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can leave the so-called service provider.
