Non existing customer service

After how many emails and calls still no help from Cell C my bill just gets higher and higher. Worst customer service I have ever seen! *********** to help their customers to resolve issues made on their side just expects people to pay and pay! You guys should work on this because I'm not going to pay for your mistakes.
