Non existent signal

I am tired of constantly being told we are working on the network coverage in your area. It is getting to a point where not even the pictures are loading on Facebook, and don't even try to watch a video on YouTube. This needs to be sorted out otherwise I see myself moving over to another network which has got proper coverage in my area.
