Non-existent service from Cell C

After I got no reaction from Cell C following a complaint, I wrote to hellopeter. They responded on 29 April saying they would "escalate" the matter. Stlll no action so I wrote again. On May 14 they responded saying that they would respond privately. No response as usual so I wrote again to hellopeter. On May 21 I got this hilarious response: "That is definitely not the type of service we aspire to provide . Please accept our sincerest apologies as we look into this." They've been looking into this forever in some little corner of their ivory tower, so avoid Cell C like the pest. I have no choice now to go public: Facebook, Twitter and newspapers.
