Non existent service. Do not use them

This past week I have been calling Cellc regarding my letter. I have been given emails no response. I went on Twitter still no joy. Your service is appalling. I have been taken from pillar to post. It's Friday and still my queries has not been resolved. Its just a letter. I'm sure it doesing require to be imported from another country.
