Non existent service, disrespect, feeling ******!

I have a top end Smart phone that is only 8 months into its two year contract. <br> <br> One day the phone just died on me. I sent it into Cell C to be repaired. Two weeks later I was asked to collect my phone. Upon collection i was told that my phone was damaged beyond repair and the phone supp**** was a \refurbished phone"(whatever that means!!!). <br> <br> My issue with this is that surely I should be supp**** with a new phone as it is damaged beyond repair and is still under warranty.
