Non-Existent Service

So 3 weeks ago my car was broken into, while it was parked in the Olivedale Hospital parking lot. My laptop and tablet was ******. I called CellC to blacklist the device, and the guy told me I need an IMEI number, I din't have it, He has confirmed my details, he knows it is the owner of the device on the phone, he has the IMEI# on the screen in front of him, but he cannot help me until I confirm the IMEI number...really? now I cannot open a case at the police station, or log it with my insurance company... The consultant could have helped me but not the process! So i find the box with the IMEI number and call back. Consultant logs the call, some-one from the blacklisting office will call me back within 3 days. fast forward weeks later...I get an SMS to advice my case has been resolved....but no feedback... so I call back for the ITC number, my insurance company is waiting on this. The consultant tells me, the device is not black-listed because the SIM card in the device is not the one i received as part of the contract but a pre-paid card. OKAY...why didnt anyone call me to tell me this? would a call have been too expensive?? the consultant cannot help me at all with anything...the sim card and device cannot be blacklisted on their own... and I when I tell her how inconvenient this is, LERATO sighs dramtically like she is doing me a favour by listening to me and not her job. So I ask to speak to a services manager...yes, but a manager will only be available after 6 as they are in a meeting until then, she will see to it, then a manager calls me back... I guess that meeting is still going on, because no-one has called me back yet. I called again at 6:45 ...new consultant, who now puts me through to the pre-paid department as the sim card was pre-paid. new consultant... still no help...no-one in cell-c can black-list the device, I HAVE to go into a store... I didnt buy the device from the store, I got it as part of my contract upgrade which was done over the phone... so as we stand, I have no device, I cannot get it black-listed with Cell-C and claim from my insurance, but my monthly premium has been deducted... and to make matters more painful, I have pay an early contract cancellation penulty. WHY? I don't want to cancel the contract, I have too, I was ******! and today, I have to use my lunch break, which I normally use to pick my son up from school, to go into a cellc store to sirt this out and he will have to sit at school from 1:30 until 5 when I can fetch him.. CELL C your service to me during this entire period has been nothing short of NOTHING ...non existent.

today is the 02.11 - I am still awaiting for resolution. I have sent through all the requested documentation and 2 follow up emails but have not received any feedback. I have also called and spent another 25 minutes with the call centre and nothing. I want to cry with frustration!! this is just not on!
