Non existent level of customer service

My device to this still not fixed after being booked for repairs twice, same song sung by the so called technicians that the Find my Iphone on the device is still active whereas I have deactivated it. Trying to cancel the contract I'm told about the penalty fees that I would have to pay. the very interesting thing is that they will only promise to escalate your case when you speak to them in a very unkind voice.
