Non-existent legal department

<p>As is the norm, it seems, the most pathetic service from cell c.</p> <p> </p> <p>I simply want to settle my account. How is one to do this when the only department that can give assistance (legal department) never answers the phone????? Call centre agents are most unhelpful. Been trying to get through to the legal department for days on end, when my call is transferred, it is placed on hold for hours.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
