Non-Existent Customer Services - 4 Months and Downgrade it still never happened!!!!!!!!!!!

This company's customer service is basically non-existent. I have been trying to downgrade my business contract for the past 4 months with no success whatsoever. I have went to the store close to me, they advised that because this is a business contract, they are unable to assist me and that I should call the call centre. Every single time that you call the call centre, they advise that you need to speak to their retention's and migrations team and that you cannot speak directly to them, they will call you back.

It is now probably the 16th time I have called and logged a ticket with them and to date I have still not received a call nor any other form of feedback or acknowledgement of my issue.

I am now sitting with another month gone and Cell C will now debit me the full amount when all I want is to downgrade to a cheaper package.

It is rather appalling to know that we pay so much for their services and in return when we require assistance we get nothing from them. Why is it so hard for them to meet their clients demands. All I want is to downgrade a ****** package, what could be so difficult.

In all honesty I cannot wait for this contract to end so that I can take my business elsewhere.
