Non existence service and double debit

Cell C is so desperate for customers like I reported earlier, for the past three month complaining about same thing over and over again, when I told them should they continue double debting they leaving me with no option but to reverse and stop the debits, instead of honoring our agreement signed on the contract , I was threatened to be listed and black listed should I stop the payments, so I assume am their donor they expect me to donate my hard earned money for free.

I still wouldn't advise anyone to sign contract with them because their service is so poor and incompetence. If you have contract with them , you will have to pay more non existance get-more service that they expect all their customers need which I think is nonsense.

If you lodge a complain and they give u reference, for customers service, is their responsibility to make follow ups and come back with answers not to reply holy on hellopeter.com but do opposite with their reply trying to impress other customers on social Media, am so ****ed off and fed up with their service
