Non existant service from Cell C Head Office

I entered into a 24 month contract for 40GB Data on10.06.2019. This was a package that was supposed to give me 20GB Daytime Data plus 20GB Nite Data. Obviously, this package was to have run to 10.06.2021. This month, April 2021, my 20GB Nite Data was not uploaded. I have reported the case at a branch 3 times and Cell C has failed to remedy the matter. Today I was told that the incident has been closed and yet they have continued to deduct the full payment from my bank account.
