Non disclosure

I took a two year cell phone contract with Cell C. I live and work as a teacher in Glen Ridge in Soweto. I established that In order for me to use my cell phone I have to leave my geographical area. When I visit the branch they explained to me that they do not have network in the Glen Ridge Area. I asked why they made me sign a two year cell c contract knowing fully well that I will not be able to use the phone as Cell C does not have network service in my area. I have always used MTN as a result I had no idea that Cell will not work in my area. If Cell C had disclosed this information to me at the time of taking the contract I would not have entered that contract.

I have tried to cancel the contract as its of no use to me and I'm told that I must pay cancellation fee. I feel abused and mistreated as their customer, I feel they have used ************ means to enter into business with me. They did not disclose important information to me, which would have enabled me to make an informed decision and I want out of the contract.
