NON delivery, passing the backed, bad service

After 2 to 3 months the services are still available althought I as instructed that I need to buy new sim cards and that Thumi Tshabalala will get into contact with me to unblock my account. After previous complaint Mpho called me from Hello Peter devition on 24th of July. He told me that he will make sure that the department handeling the complaint will call me back at the latest on Monday 27th. I have spokken to Mpho again and told him I haven't received any calls. He said he will look into it. Another week has gone by and my service is NOT connected yet after Cell C commited to do so a month ago. I have lost all my contacts and my clients and prospective clients can not get hold of me. Every hour I loose potential bussiness. With all these time and evert I'd expected this could have been resolved, especially with all promises been made by Cell C. I expect Cell C will call me again first thing on Monday, but as usual I do not believe they can keep their word in solving this complaint. I BEGG Cell C to please do as they promised and do so before end of bussiness on Monday. It does not help to phone Cell C as it is nearly impossible to speak to the correct person. My nr ***
