Non-delivery on the WIFI service from Cell C due to the Technicolor router issue that Cell C has to date not been able to resolve

I am logging a complaint against Cell C: >>> There has been non-delivery on the WIFI service from Cell C due to the Technicolor router issue that Cell C has to date not been able to resolve.

Costs incurred from Cell C are as follows:

1. R799.00 >> payment to Cell C when ordering the Cell C router >>> WAS THIS NOT THE PAYMENT FOR THE FIRST MONTH??? 2. R2900.00 >> pocket wifi and data from Cell C while waiting 4 weeks for my Cell C router to be installed (x1) 3. R2500.00 >> data from Cell C while waiting for Cell C to rectify the Technicolor router problem which resulted in NO WIFI service available from the Cell C routers (x2) 4. R1295.16 >> in addition to the initial payment of R799, I was still billed for February???

TOTAL COST FOR CELL C WIFI SERVICE FROM 12TH FEB TO 31st MARCH = 47 days: R 7494.16

>>> this is a HUGE cost I have had to incur for a non-existent WIFI service!!!!!!! >>> I will be cancelling ALL WIFI contracts with Cell C >>> I am cutting my ties with this loser company
