Non delivery of service
I am not getting the correct internet speeds for which I am paying, I upgraded to a 20mb Fiber line but currently I do not even get 1mb, I have been trying to get them to resolve this since the start of Jan but no one gets back to me yet they still debit me the full amount each and every month.
Stay away from Cell C! they have no idea what they doing when it comes to Fiber rather stick to the tried and tested fiber providers.
