Non-delivery of router as part of the contract package agreed upon

I upgraded my contract with Cell C and wanted a laptop I was told that the package is a laptop, a router and charger, however, Cell C decided on their own to not deliver the router and it was part of the package.

I sent them an email requesting that my router be delivered as the amount I am going to pay is not reduced due to non-delivery of a router but all in vain. Cell C deviated from what we agreed upon. I really want my router as it was initially part of the agreement when I was called by Cell C to for upgrade. I wish you will assist in this regard
