Non-delivery of phone

On the 11th of January I ordered and paid for a phone using the Cell C website. After numerous e-mails, phone calls and visits to the local store, my phone still hasn't been delivered. On the 21st of February, I placed a review on this website. There was a response on the website and I was contacted by Cell C. I think there has been some progress, but unfortunately, the phone still hasn't been delivered. Could I please get a delivery date for the phone? An expected delivery time would also be much appreciated, if possible.

I was contacted 9 days ago with the assurance that the matter would be followed up. I have received no further information. It has been almost two and a half months since I ordered and paid for this phone. On numerous occasions I have been assured that the matter would be resolved, yet after all this time I do not even have a delivery date for the phone.

The phone should've been delivered about 10 weeks ago. Yet, even after all this time, Cell C is unable to provide a delivery date.

I still have not been given a delivery date. I ordered and paid for this phone nearly three months ago. I have been making inquiries about this matter for about 10 weeks. I am amazed that Cell C can offer such poor service and make so little effort to rectify the matter. To say that I am highly dissatisfied with Cell C is an understatement.
