Non delivery of order

Afternoon, PLEASE could someone assist, as we have to date not received an reply from CellC. We were contacted to have the numbers ***, *** and *** upgraded to an LG-H635 G4 Stylus Silver. The phones for the second and third numbers were received. The problem is that the incorrect phone was sent to us for *** (LG Leon) - your delivery note/order no. *** on 3 Nov. This was then collected by RAM Couriers at your instruction on 11 Nov. We are still yet to receive the correct phone - G4 Stylus. The numbers provided being *** and 084 145 do not get answered. PLEASE could someone kindly contact me urgently as this needs to be resolved.
