Non Conformance

I took out a contract with Cell C three years ago. The Package with the Cellphone was delivered promptly. The contract Sim card was not part of the contents. The call Centre contacted me regarding my delivery, i advise i have not received my Sim card, she said they will courier it, this went on for few month, so i decided to go to an Cell C Outlet In the Mall @ Reds. i was advised to contact the call centre, because the contract was done Via the Call centre route. after the 2 year contract was done, last year March still with no Simcard, i'm now handed to the Attornerys for NON Payment, Guess what, I still have no Simcard and im on the 3rd year with no Simcard. what should i do?
