Non-closure of account

I need to cancel my contract as I no longer live in South Africa and the 24 months will be up within the next few weeks. I have sent emails as well as messages via the website. I have not even had an acknowledgement of receipt. I cannot call the call centre as I am not in South Africa. Please can my account be cancelled.
