NOKIA REPAIR UNDER WARRANTEE

Warranty I took in my less than 6 months Nokia for repairs last week Friday .Today Cell sent me SMS to call them and accept or reject the quote . I called with No interest of acceptance or reject but to find out Why as the phone was under warranty .It was very Unfortunate that my call was transferred to the most impatient Customer Failure Agent called Kelebogile Mamasela .She accused me of NOT reading warrantee card ,she also Accused me of Sounding like an idiot who doesn’t know what is talking about .

I told the Official at the Store where the handset was taken that It was all ok until battery was completely Finished .I tried to use the car charger and by that time it was already dead .It could NOT charge ,I went home tried from Electricity Plug and it did not work .Now is all my fault .It cannot be .Cell C will this time sort this one Out .No jokes
