NOKIA LUMIA 640 sold on contract as a dual sim

I entered into a contract with Cell C Centurion Branch on 3 October 2015 for a contract on a Lumia 640. Smantha advised this device as I had a previous contract with cell c and converted to prepaid and hence needed to use the o*** number as well on the new contract phone ***.<br> <br> Samantha said that once the old phone was converted to prepaid I can merely insert the sim card as a second sim on the new phone.<br> <br> However, once the number was converted to prepaid I tried fitting the sim card into the new device and this was too big!!!!<br> <br> People told me that cellc could cut the card down to fit.<br> <br> East Rand mall branch said that they did not have the cutting tool and said I should go to AUTOPAGE. Why, since I took out the contract with cell c. <br> <br> In the first instance why didn't Samantha tell me I would need to do this??<br> <br> I had spoken to a gentleman at cell c who said the sim swap I did to enable me to get a sim to fit in the new phone, was a faulty sim card and that I would have to buy a new one. When I rep**** but I had just did the sim swap and if cell c are selling faulty sim cards to customers, then they should replace it. He cheeckily rep****, well how do you expe
