NOKIA LUMIA 430 WHATS APP PROBLEM

I am absolutely appalled at Cell C customer service. The consultants will call you when you complain on this site and **** thereafter they disappear. No feedback at all. After complaining on this site for the 4th time there is still no resolution to my problem. I am not paying to have my handset sit in its box. As explained previously, I have contacted your customer care dept umpteen times, spoken to your technical department umpteen times, being to your Cell C Galleria branch 6 times and also sent my handset in for repairs but all failed attempts as the problem could not be sorted out. To you it is just an application but to me its my most important form of communication. Even your consultant at Cell C Galleria mentioned that this handset needs to be replaced. What more do you expect from me as your customer? I expected excellent customer service from you seeing I have being a loyal customer for so many years. C DIRECT PLEASE REPLACE THIS HANDSET. if there is no positive feedback this time, I have no choice but to take this matter further. I refuse to speak to your *********** consultants who do not value their customers.
