I bought a new nokia 3 phone on the 3rd of February on contract at cell c to my surprise when i woke up this morning my phone aint working , its just off i have been calling to be assisted on cell c they all saying its gonna take 2 weeks to get my phone back if i send it back to the store and its so much inconvince for me for a new phone not to be working when i got it 2 weeks ago , this nokia phone is just not okay a friend of mine had the same problem until she was given a new phone so i wont have a phone for 2 weeks but i must pay for a phone i didnt use for those weeks i cant , NOKIA AND CELL C sort this out

HOW SO WHEN AM CALLING THE HEAD OFFICE AND THE DIRECT CELL C SHOP I GOT MY PHONE FROM AINT PICKING UP MY CALLS ? IF I HEAR NOTHING IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS KINDLY DEDUCT WHAT EVER AMOUNT WAS USED FOR THE MONTH AND SUSPEND MY CONTRACT ILL SEND BACK THE PHONE , I BOUGHT THE PHONE COZ I USE IT FOR WORK SO I CANT BE WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A LONG TIME
