Nobody knows anything

I had a contract with Nashua Mobile which I ended last year. The 2 cellphones which I retained was recently ****** from my home. My insurance company required the phones to be blacklisted in order to process my claim. I have contacted Cell C, who was the service provider and was advised that all cell c contracts from Nashua was sent through to Altech and that they did not have any record of the contracts. When I contacted Altech, they claim that they also don't have a record and I should contact Cell C, and gave me numbers to contact Nashua which does not exist and nobody answers.
All I needed to do was blacklist the phones, but I am been passed from Cell C to Altech and vice versa until being fooled to call numbers that don't exist.
Due to this, my insurers are not able to register my claim for the phones and I am now without a cellphone because nobody knows what to do and refuses to help. I am to believe that there should be some record somewhere of contracts and surely Nashua Mobile will not disappear off the face of this earth without handing over this data to some company. I am terribly disappointed and upset with both Cell C and Altech for passing the buck.
