No you see me now you don't

Three,my unlucky charm. I inquired twice previously at Cell c, how is it that I have airtime available and then I can't make a call out. They would give me a number and then I must restart the phone when I check my balance the airtime is gone. They tell me that they don't take the airtime, but once I used that code the airtime disappear. How crazy is that.
