No worth for my money

Ive been a loyal client of cell c for almost 10 years, 3 years ago i took out two contracts wit cell c when it came time for me to upgrade i requested they upgrade the one contract and i got a new fone with that upgrade. I then called in a few months later and the told me that only the one line was upgraded and that i can put d other line on prepaid when ever i wish, d line that was not upgraded is no longer working but im still paying for two contracts, when i called in the agent told me both lines were upgraded, which was against my wishes an that he wil open the line for me to recieve the benefits, to this day the simcard is not working but yet im paying for 2 contracts
