No wonder Cell C is in the position they are ...... shame

I understand why Cell C is on a neg trajectory and continuing. They are not able to manage or control their client facing stores and staff to the point where it becomes laughable. If you have unskilled people running a store without any management ( on leave ) that does not have the ability to communicate in a professional or efficient manner, and have NO accountability, your Base will crumble like it is at the moment. The Cape Gate store told my staff that our new contracts that we app**** for weeks ago, followed up again with calls, couldn't be processed even though they received the details on the 12th March, the sales person is on leave..... No handover was done so it will sit in file 13 until said person returns... I feel sorry for for them.
