No Wi Fi shocking service

I app**** for WI-FI with Cell C a couple of weeks ago. The initial process was smooth. A router was delivered which we couldn't connect. I called the next day, I was transerred to about 4 different departments (each time answering the same 5 or so security questions. I received many different answers such as I was on the wrong package - there is no LTE coverage in my area etc. Eventually someone sent me a new router. I could not remove the router from the device and subsequently returned it with the router. I then got billed about R257 rand and called Cell C again - also to speak to a few people, with the same story all the security questions etc to have the cost rationalised as a "check to see if my account actually works" I called 5 days after the router had been collected to find out where is my new router - I got told that I was supposed to have followed up with them (REALLY!!!) but no problem they will deliver a new one. The new one gets delivered with no sim card. So I phone again. I spoke to a nice helpful person who explained that they will deliver a new sim card and do a sim swop. I then get emailed a statement which I cant open because there is a password? who knows what the password is. I have to phone cell c again. This time trying to get through to a person because a machine keeps giving me options which are not helpful eventually put the phone down and called back because speaking to a human is not an option at some point in the options available (this is really not customer friendly) I called again and have spoked to another 4 people today. Somtimes they do all the security checks just to tell you that you are being transferred to another department (yes cell c I know the answers to the security checks off by heart now - Unfortunately I have a job and dont really have time to be spending half an hour to an hour each time dealing with your *********** staff.) Eventually one man explained that my password is my ID number - really who know! I then asked to go through to the accounts department as my statement indicates that I owe over R900 - FOR WHAT???? a service I have not been able to use in 3 weeks? I explained the whole story again, the lady then asks me again why did I leave the SIM card in the devise. I explained that I couldnt get it out. She asked me why I didnt ask the person who collected it to take it out. I told her the RAM couriers fetched it and it is not their job to take the sim card out. She then told me why am I blaming cell c then if didnt ask the courier guy to take it out -WHAT the HELL??? I have never heard of this. SO if the guy had broken the device who would have been to blame? CEll C - NO of course not. I then requested to speak to her manager - was made to hold again. Of course the supervisor was not available and there is no contact number - do you not deal with customers ?? where is the customer service? She told me that I am being charged because the sim card was delivered?!! really if the router worked it would have been great? I am so dispappointed and frustrated with Cell C this is way worse than telkom. I have been quite rude to some of your staff who were helpful unfortunately this "customer service experience" makes your customers so frustrated and completed lose it.
