No whatsapp
I called cell c and they said there is a problem with whatsapp... What is wrong with cellc on new years eve? I insist on a call back and refund for inconvenience.. Come on guys, where is the network issues? Spoke to victor at customer service now 140..

Yes, some WhatsApp users were experiencing problems on New Year's Eve and the problem was not from Cell C but WhatsApp directly. The problems were not only experienced by some South African users, it has been affecting American, Canadian and European residents mostly.
