No way to check my data balance

<p>I have a second Cell C SIM for Data. I recently topped it up with 200 GB of Data, valid for a year.</p> <p>BUT, there seems to be no way to check the data balance on this second SIM.</p> <p>When buying the data I was told to use the Cell C app. I downloaded the app and it works fine with my primary SIM. It has a menu option for Linking a Number, but this always fails at the final step, after I enter the OTP. It gives a message saying they are not able to process my request right now and suggesting I "call support on 140".</p> <p>Three times I have tried getting help with this, through calling the Cell C "support" department. Each time I have had friendly service and the assurance that they would investigate and get back to me.... which they have never done (other than sending me sms's to rate their so called "service" - ironic).</p> <p>The last time I made a fuss and I was asked to email screenshots of the error message, which they would forward to their devs. I did this and included details on my phone, and even offered to talk their devs through all the steps (I am a dev myself).</p> <p>That was over 3 weeks ago and still no response.</p>
