No way to cancel contract

I've been trying to cancel my mobile data, but no one in-store can help with a contract that was done over the phone. When I phone, no one can help me because when they try to verify my details, they have something that's not matching what I'm saying and refuse to help me any further. So they'll just keep taking my money but give me no way to cancel it.
