no warrente on products
4 months ago i wrote to cell c about my phone then 5 month old that the battery just dies after not much usage and having to charge it for 13 hour for the battery to be full. i got no reply. now my phone is just dead and wont charge at all. my phone is 9 month old and im really not in a position to buy a new one. is cell c going to replace it for me and will it be quik? i travel a lot and need a phone

You need to book your device for repairs at your nearest Cell C store, where it will be assessed and a decision will be taken based on the findings.
