No Vodacom tower reception

<p>From 8 May 2016, my phone does not pick up reception signal from Vodacom towers. Only if I am in a cell c tower reception area, my phone has reception. If in Vodacom area, it shows 'no service '. We live on a farm and the only tower where I used to get signal is a Vodacom tower, and since 8 May I do not have service when I'm at home. As soon as I reach town where there is cell c towers I have signal again. I called cell c customer services more than 10 times during this period, but they have no clue. Never heard of anyone with similar problem. They proposed sim swop. I did 2 sim swops already but the problem is still not solved. They asked for my gps coordinates on the farm, but they don't understand that it happens in ALL areas where there is Vodacom towers only. I emailed them my gps coordinates last week Thursday, and since a week went by, and no call from cell c, I called again today to follow up. Up to now, no one called back. I'm frustrated that I cannot get assistance and I am the one to follow up every time. So much for Customer Service!!! I've been to the CellC store in Mooirivier mall in Potchefstroom and they've been really helpful. They checked all my settings on my phone and everything was fine. My husbands sim card works perfectly in my phone, but my sim card has the same problem when we put it in his phone - no service. We both have iPhone 6. I'm at the point of switching to Vodacom just to have signal everywhere. </p>
