How does going for 21 days help me if you don't offer interim phones. Maybe you forgot that this phone has already been paid for, so Cell c must enjoy my money when they failed and still failing to deliver. Next time if you want to resolve the matter for me don't delegate that rude Theodoran because I can be as rude and still require good service. Cell c has a shop in Musgrave, they can liase with that shop to provide me with loan phone whilst this one is gone for assessment. So why must I go via Edgar's again when I have stated what happened at Edgar's. I have never been so disrespected and feel financially ****** in my entire shopping life. This is undisputed financial ******* .

20 Jan 2018, 07:03As per your previous complaint, you were advised that loan phones are not company policy and is done at stores discretion. This is only issued if the stores have them available.
We will have one of our team members contact you in order to see if they are able to source a loan device for you.
