No value for money. Waste of time, CellC for themselves.

<p>I got a call from a CellC sales consultant name Vuyi Dlamini on 8 April 2017, she was selling a CellC contract for 2 tablets with 2.5 GB a month for 24 months, she told me the total instalmet is R179/R189. It's 1 contract but you get 2 tablets. I was interested and took it, we agreed they can debit me on the 25th of every month and she said the first debit will be on the 25th of May 2017, they started debiting on 13th April, 2 debits, then they debited R139.00 on 25th of May and R128.99 on 28th of May. I phoned them on 1 June to ask why I was debited twice and they told me I have 2 contracts in contradiction with the agreement. They promised to get back to me with 2 working days and gave a reference number ********** 401, they never phoned me till today. They debited me again R140.51 on 26 June and R128.99 on 30 June 2017, I phoned them again yesterday (ref no ********** 759) when they told me case I logged on 1 June was closed, without any communication with me and they promised to come back to me before end of the day they never did. </p> <p> </p> <p>I keep getting messages on the tablets that I'm subscribed to Value Added Services which I never don't know anything about. I spoke to Nonhlanhla from Cell C who said I must contact Waspa.org.za/cellc, Justin Gibson rep**** to my email and said I must talk to Cell C. This is a complete mess.</p> <p> Every time I phone them they promise to phone back but that's a lie because they're too concerned with making more money for no service to be sorting out their mistakes. Right now I just regret why I took out a contract with Cell C, Please help me cancel this, I don't want it anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>CellC is a mess</p>
