No value for money

I'm disgusted by the level of financial abuse by cell c.Bought summit cellphone recommended by the cellphone rep at Edgar's Musgrave centre, to my disappointment ever since I bought the phone nothing is functioning properly. By the look of things they sold me a defected phone(has factory defects) What annoys most is the attitude of the so called store manager who refused to acknowledge the malpractice from Cell c. I want my money back so that I can buy phone from the company who knows the value of good customer service and worth.
