No Validation Report as promised

I purchased 1 gig of data from cell c on 23rd October 2017. I read 1 email I sent 3 emails all with copy and paste of contents I did 1 google search Within 10 minutes only doing the above, my data had been depleted.

Cell c promised to send me a validation report and now more than 1 month later I am still waiting on this report!!!!! How is it possible with the minimum access to the internet on that day can my data be depleted!! I suspect that there was definitely data leakage of data theft!!

Your service as usual Cell c is disgusting to say the least!!!
