No Update on Router Repair – R484 Deducted
Cell C – The Workshop I purchased a data and portable router deal on 26/03/2026 with assistance from Dumisani. The unit worked for only a few hours. It had no connectivity and would overheat. When I returned it, I was told to try using a USB cable, which didn’t resolve the issue. I took the unit back again on 12/06/2026, and it was booked in for repairs. Since then, I’ve had no updates. I’ve followed up by email but received no response, yet R484 was deducted from my account. Very poor follow-up and service.

08 May 2026, 12:37Given the ongoing issues and lack of response, I would like to request cancellation of my contract. As I explained to Dumisani at the time of purchase, the router was for work purposes and it has not been fit for use. Please also check with Dumisani regarding my unanswered emails.
